Customer booking a service appointment with our website or call centre, therefore using electronics signature and receipt, Customer agrees that this agreement may be electronically signed that the electronics signature from website receipt or call centre, sent out as an agreement for your Lawn Mower, Chain saw, Generator, Snow blower, Or other small equipment with On Spot Repair or maintenance work. AS CUSTOMER, AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE.

On Spot Repair will not be held responsible to inspect any piece of equipment for physical or mechanical defects or damage at time of servicing on location. The customer is solely responsible to note and, or bring to the attention of On Spot Repair for the physical condition and, or defects of any and all equipment prior to signing this disclaimer.

On Spot Repair is not responsible for any warranty on parts and accessories that are required during the course of repair of the equipment, or for any responsible or warranties of any factory manufacture’s parts, accessories customer’s equipment during Repair and after. On Spot Repair will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of items left on any equipment and or serviced equipment left at the premises under the agreement instruction.

Repair process: We inspect all components for wear and tear to the best of our ability. Any items such as, however not limited to: electrical components, belts, pull cords, pulleys, spindles, plastic or metal panels and any other such components can wear out and, or break at any time. On Spot Repair cannot be held responsible should any piece of equipment fail while in our possession and or after.

Any maintenance service package, work being done by a technician, sub trades, subcontractor. Customer: I hereby agree to give the Service technician permission to operate the equipment on customers premises for testing and inspection purposes.

The cleanliness of any and all equipment is the sole responsibility of the owner and should be performed routinely after each use. If the cleaning of any piece of equipment such as degreasing of the engine or transmission to inspect for leaks, or cleaning of excessive or compacted grass and dirt build-up off a cutting deck or other body parts to perform inspections or repairs is necessary, the time and materials that it takes to perform the cleaning will be added to the cost of the repair. Please make sure to inspect, run and/or test drive your equipment after repair. Should you have a concern, do not wait, sent out your concern immediately to the website, or call us!

On Spot Repair is not Responsible for any delay in effecting repair of your equipment. On Spot Repair will not proceed with any work on customers equipment without the expressed and written approval by the customer. Every customer must electronically confirm approval of diagnostic and repair work to be done along with required part, material and labour.

Warning: all equipment part and supply for repair of customer equipment is special order, customer agrees there is no refund for the cost of part and shipping fee. Customer agrees to pay for all repairs, parts, fees, taxes, services, all service costs. On Spot Repair‘s rates of $120 per hour plus any cost of travelling time, the part and shipping fee.

Storage and Abandoned Equipment. Customer agrees to pay a storage fee of $10 per day for any equipment left or transport to our storage over 15 days. Any equipment Storage in our possession for over 60 days is considered abandoned and it may be disposed of by On Spot Repair. Customer will still be responsible for any repair costs and storage costs, special order restocking fee and disposal cost.
