- Repair services: up to the first 30 minutes of service with travel time included, after that rates are $120/hour for labor and any additional parts are extra.

Onspotrepair.ca is an owner operated small engine repair and maintenance Company. Our head office is based in Stouffville Ontario, and we service equipment at your home, place of business or construction site. This business was started by the owner, who saw the need to create a efficient and well equipped small engine repair service that took the hassle out of transporting your heavy equipment to the repair shop. Our primary goal is to make it both easy and cost-effective for you to get your power equipment serviced.
2. Do I have to pay an extra pick-up or delivery charge?
No! This is the entire premise of our philosophy. We come to you and do the work at your site so there is no pick up or delivery charge. If your equipment requires parts that have to be ordered a part supplier will deliver the needed part the same day or we will schedule another day for the service. You just pay for parts and labour.
3. What do I need to provide for the technician when they are at my house?
We custom built our vehicle to do the service or repair at your house with nothing needed. However, in case of any emergency, we need to have access to your water and a power source.
4. What happens if I'm not home during the repair or service appointment?
That’s perfectly fine. Just call our office and we will provide you with instructions on where to leave your equipment.
